Thank you for your order.
Returns accepted within 10 days of receiving your order , after 10 days store credit will be issued.
New Items cannot be returned used or damaged.
Returns are accepted in 10 days for full fefund, shipping is not included.

Shipping

We ship to all international destinations and usally it takes about 1-5 days to process the order.
All items are shipped via Registered mail with a tracking number.
Once shipped, most international parcels usually take 7-14 days to get to their destination. In some cases shipments can take around 21 days, but this is rare.

For Express Shipping please upgrade within your purchase, EMS Shipping usually taked 3 -6 days to get to you in every destination.

Please be sure your address is correct. If you need an item shipped to a different address, please send us a massage with that information to – info@inspirala.co

SALE ITEMS:

Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for return for store credit only. Items listed in the sale section on the site are FINAL sale and are not eligible for any kind of return.

LOST/THEFT:

Inspirala is not liable for lost or stolen packages. There is an option at checkout to request signature confirmation. If the package is confirmed as “delivered” via tracking number, then the carrier service is liable, NOT Inspirala. Please contact your local post office to file a claim.

BROKEN/ DAMAGED JEWELRY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and will work hard to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities. If you received your order with defective jewelry please email: info@inspirala.co and we will issue you a return label. Once the jewelry is returned, you will have the option to have a non-defective piece sent, issue a store credit, or receive a full refund.
